Mind Australia is seeking a dedicated Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our Toowoomba CCU on a permanent part‐time basis. The role focuses on recovery‐oriented support, helping individuals build independent living skills and resilience within a residential setting.

Rotating 7‐day roster with shifts from early morning to evening, you will work with clients, families and carers to achieve personalized goals.
