Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department. Working closely with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper, you will help maintain exceptional cleanliness standards and deliver consistently high-quality guest experiences across the hotel.

Your responsibilities include:
Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations.
Conduct room inspections to ensure brand and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Ensure guest requests and special requirements are actioned promptly.
Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or faulty equipment.
Report maintenance issues and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Supporting Accor’s environmental program
Assist in creating a positive and productive team setting.
Ensure secure work practices and compliance with WHS procedures.
Participating in required training, briefings, and Accor Academy modules.
