We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Casual Educator to join our kindergarten team at Hampton Park Community House.
The successful candidate should be available Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
The educator will work in our kindergarten program during school terms and support our School Age Vacation Care program during term breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and lead the kindergarten room, stepping into the Room Leader role when the Early Childhood Teacher is unavailable.
Act as the Responsible Person when rostered, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and service policies.
Contribute to educational planning, programming and documentation.
Manage daily routines,
supervise children and maintain a protected, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Ensure daily operational tasks and compliance requirements are completed.
Work collaboratively with educators, children and families to support positive learning outcomes.
We are looking for a reliable, versatile and enthusiastic educator with solid leadership skills, sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.
