Maintain accurate docket entry and POS system management, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and closed off promptly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to guarantee the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and timely delivery




Uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene protocols during all food service operations
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing bar and restaurant areas in accordance with opening, closing, and daily procedures
Assist with stock control, inventory management, and room setup as needed
Address guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, ensuring satisfaction and brand consistency
Work efficiently during peak service periods while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
