We’re looking for a CPV-qualified property professional to join our high-performing National Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets team in Sydney.

With a strong track record across major industrial transactions, including investment sales, owner-occupier transactions, development sites and data centre opportunities, this is an chance to work alongside some of the best in the industry, gain exposure to leading institutional and international clients, and build a career on the transaction side of commercial property.

You’ll play an significant role across the full transaction lifecycle, applying your valuation and analytical expertise to financial modelling, market analysis, due diligence, pricing strategy and client engagement.

Importantly, you’ll be close to the action. You’ll work directly on major industrial transactions and gain first-hand experience in how opportunities are underwritten, positioned, marketed, negotiated and ultimately executed.

The scope of the role will include:
Financial and cash flow modelling for industrial assets and development sites, supporting submissions, pitches and information memorandums
Coordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence throughout campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking
Researching and analysing market activity, transactions, yields, rents and broader industrial market trends
Managing and interpreting key sales, valuation and sector data to provide meaningful market intelligence
Contributing to campaign and marketing strategies for institutional, private and international clients
Preparing high-quality client reports, presentations and transaction materials
Working directly with senior team members and clients throughout live campaigns
Contributing to pitches, new appointments and the development of the team’s opportunity pipeline
Building relationships across the industrial property market and developing your own network over time
