Experience:
5+ years Requisites:
• Solid hands-on experience in Business Acceptance Testing (UAT) within complex business processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Experience executing end-to-end, positive, negative, exception and regression testing.
• Robust understanding of business workflows, controls, data validation and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with defect tracking,



retesting and release readiness.
• Ability to work closely with business SMEs, Product Owners, Analysts and Developers.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have:
• Experience in customer remediation, financial services or regulated settings.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence or equivalent testing tools.
• Exposure to UI, workflow and data validation testing.
