We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our RPO team and play a key role in shaping the talent strategy for a leading organisation in the Financial Services sector. This role partners directly with senior leaders to drive smart, strategic hiring outcomes in a quick‑moving setting.

While this is an end-to-end recruitment role, you will operate as a true partner to the business, providing advice and guidance across all aspects of recruit.

As a Recruitment Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders—helping them understand the market,



make confident hiring decisions, and secure the talent they need to grow. You’ll own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, bringing a mix of strategic thinking, robust relationship management, and hands‑on delivery.
