We are seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver effective learning solutions within a secure, complex setting.

Key responsibilities
Assess training needs and develop training plans.
Create learning materials, user guides and assessments.
Deliver classroom, virtual and self-paced training.
Work with subject matter experts to produce accurate, accessible content.
Evaluate learning outcomes and improve training materials.

Skills & experience
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering systems and process training.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.




Experience with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools.
Solid facilitation, stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.
Understanding of secure information handling requirements.

Security Clearance: Current NV1, NV2 or TSPV clearance is strictly required
