About You
We're looking for a proactive and organised recruitment skilled to join our Human Resources team on a casual basis, Monday to Friday, from our Clayfield Head Office.

You'll enjoy building relationships, sourcing quality candidates, and managing multiple recruitment campaigns while ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process.

Key requirements:
Experience in recruitment, rostering, workforce coordination or HR
Robust candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with excellent administrative and time management abilities
Experience managing compliance and onboarding processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with competing priorities
Knowledge of the NDIS, mental health or community services sector is desirable

About the role
As Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across our mental health and supported accommodation services, helping attract and onboard quality employees who align with our values.

Key responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies
Create and post job advertisements
Screen, shortlist and interview candidates
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication




Build talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs
Partner with hiring managers to meet recruitment requirements
Contribute to recruitment process improvements and workforce planning

Compliance & HR Administration
Coordinate pre-employment checks, including NDIS Worker Screening, Police Checks and Right to Work verification
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
Maintain accurate recruitment records and compliance documentation
Support onboarding activities and general HR administration

Mandatory Requirements
Full Australian working rights
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Previous recruitment or human resources experience
