You may already manage a fashion store, or you're an accomplished Assistant Store Manager ready to prove you can. You'll bring commercial drive, approachable leadership and the confidence to develop a team of 8+ people while making targets feel exciting, not intimidating.

Your responsibilities:
Lead, coach and motivate a team to perform their best
SELL & STYLE while creating genuine connections with customers
Drive store sales, budgets and structured KPIs
Develop your team into confident sellers and product experts




Own store performance and create an energetic, winning culture

About you:
Fashion retail management experience and a genuine love of selling
Store Manager experience OR be an exceptional ASM ready to step up
Confidence styling customers and closing sales naturally
Strong communication, people leadership and commercial instincts
Energy, ambition and the hunger to take a excellent store even further
