Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join our Engineering team and help keep our resort operating at its highest standard.

This full time Monday to Friday role offers the prospect to apply your trade skills across a diverse property, maintaining systems throughout guest rooms, commercial kitchens, event spaces, and resort facilities. Working within a unique resort environment, you’ll enjoy variety in your day while playing an significant role in ensuring guests experience comfort and reliability throughout their stay.

You’ll work closely with the broader Engineering and hotel teams, contributing to preventative maintenance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement across the property.

What You’ll Do:
Inspect, maintain, repair,



and replace air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the resort
Support the reliable operation of guest accommodation, food and beverage areas, conference facilities, and back-of-house spaces
Maintain refrigerant handling requirements and equipment log books
Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns efficiently and effectively
Complete preventative maintenance checks, servicing, upgrades, and improvement works
Carry out repairs and maintenance on the Condensate Water System
Ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with compliance requirements
Work collaboratively with the Engineering team to maintain a high standard across the resort
