Retail Manager

Foodle Asian Grocery +Kitchen - The Glen is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our team.

Position: Retail Manager

Salary: $80,000 per annum + Superannuation

Hours: 38 hours per week

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Manage and organise the daily operations of the retail store.
Purchase goods, manage stock levels and set selling prices.
Promote and advertise the store's products and services.
Assist customers, provide product information and help them with their purchases.
Maintain accurate records of stock, sales and financial transactions.
Prepare and manage the store's budget and control expenses.
Hire, train, supervise and manage staff.
Monitor sales and work towards achieving store sales targets.
Ensure the store is clean, organised and properly maintained.




Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.

Skills and Requirements
Relevant qualifications in retail management, business or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
Experience in managing staff, stock, sales and store operations.
Positive customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, stock levels and financial records.
Ability to lead, train and supervise staff.
Robust organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy retail workplace.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
