Job Description
• 5+ years' experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering or a similar hands-on technical role.
• Robust experience in Windows infrastructure, with exposure to endpoint management, SOE and compute environments.
• Experience with cloud and/or virtualised infrastructure, such as Azure, AWS and VMware.
• Experience with monitoring and observability, with a solid understanding of infrastructure performance and reliability.
• Knowledge of backup, recovery and operational resilience.
• Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, with a proactive approach to automation and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with technology vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver technical outcomes.
• Exposure to technologies such as ManageEngine, LogicMonitor, Kubernetes, Docker, Veeam/Unitrends, Chrome Device Management and BeyondTrust/Bomgar would be highly regarded.
