This permanent role is based near Collie, WA, offering a 40-hour week, Monday to Thursday roster, and a pathway to growth prospects through inclusive development.

You will deliver job-based training, mentor trainees and collaborate across teams to ensure secure, productive operations while supporting continuous improvement.
