Labourforce is seeking an experienced Onsite Account Manager to manage a key Coles account at the Kewdale Distribution Centre. The role is a Monday–Friday PM shift, ideal for someone who thrives in rapid-paced warehousing, logistics or labour hire settings and who can act as the primary onsite point of contact for employees and Coles site management.

You will oversee staffing, attendance, performance and safety, while supporting recruitment, onboarding and compliance.
