Discover My World Early Learning in Crows Nest, NSW, is opening a brand-recent 74-place centre beside the metro. We’re seeking an energetic Assistant Director to work with the Centre Director from day one, helping to build a solid team and culture from scratch.

You’ll lead, coach and mentor a recent team of educators, recruit and onboard, grow enrolments and ensure compliance with NQF, NQS and EYLF. You may step into the Responsible Person role when the Director is away.
