We're seeking an experienced and qualified Landscape Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor who can confidently manage residential landscape construction projects from start to finish. We're looking for a hands‑on leader who takes ownership of projects, communicates effectively and can confidently manage daily site operations without constant supervision.

Key responsibilities
Manage residential landscape construction projects from start to finish
Read plans, set out works and coordinate trades and materials
Lead, train and manage a small team, including apprentices
Manage daily site operations

About you
Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape construction, ideally with previous supervisory experience




Solid experience in retaining walls, concreting, paving, tiling, drainage and general hardscaping
Proven ability to lead, train and manage a small team, including apprentices
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, maintain productivity and deliver high-quality finishes
Current driver's licence and White Card
