Beaches Xray providesquality care with personal and friendly service to our referrers and patients. With practices at Dee Why and Mona Vale, we are looking for a full time receptionist to join our team. This position is 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) working days at both the Mona Vale and Dee Why locations. Key Areas of Responsibility:
Meet and greet patients Answering incoming calls Provide information regarding procedures and preparations Invoicing and receipting patient accounts General office admin, petty cash, post office, banking, deliveries. The successful candidate will have:
A caring and compassionate manner Robust attention to detail Ability to multi-task within a busy team setting Exceptional customer service and communication skills A 'can-do' attitude and customer service experience would be ideal.
