Our client is a luxury resort in the Sunraysia region, focused on delivering consistently high standards of presentation and guest experience across villa accommodation and public areas.
This prospect will suit a hands-on Housekeeping Manager who enjoys leading from the floor, building a capable team, and setting practical systems that lift quality, productivity and consistency.
About the Role
Lead daily housekeeping operations across accommodation and public areas
Ensure guest-ready standards are met for arrivals and peak turnover days
Run quality checks, audits and explicit housekeeping workflows
Recruit, train and performance-manage a high-performing team
Manage stock, linen controls and external laundry provider relationships

Skills and Experience
2+ years in a housekeeping supervisor/manager role (hotel, resort or holiday park)
Proven experience coordinating teams and busy cleaning schedules
Strong eye for detail with a practical, standards-driven approach
Confident with rosters and housekeeping systems (PMS/time and attendance tools)
Availability to work weekends,



evenings and public holidays as required
