Purpose: establish and lead the Ways of Working function and champion ongoing improvement in program effectiveness and efficiency. /n Seniority: Principal. /n /n Reports to: Program Director./n /n /n /n /n /n Responsibilities /n
• Baseline flow metrics: cycle time, throughput, work in progress, dependency wait and predictability. /n
• Map the program value stream to find where work waits. /n
• Run a prioritised improvement backlog as measured experiments with program leadership. /n
• Write successful changes into the RegistryConnect Ways of Working. /n
• Transfer the function to an ASIC lead before exit. /n Essential: led agile or lean ways of working transformation at program or portfolio scale with measured results. /n /n Desirable: scaled agile frameworks; flow metrics tooling; government delivery settings./n /n /n /n /n /n
