Birchgrove Legal in Sydney seeks an experienced Senior Licensed Conveyancer or Project Conveyancing Paralegal to predominantly run off-the-plan conveyancing for developer clients. You will manage projects from contract issue through to bulk settlement and work closely with senior solicitors.

You’ll have real ownership of your projects and direct client interaction. The role requires at least 4 years of conveyancing experience, solid knowledge of PEXA, and a client-centric approach with
