About the Role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers throughout their solar installation journey. Your role is to ensure transparent communication, accurate administration, and a smooth experience from sale to installation.

What the role involves:
Managing customer communication and enquiries
Coordinating timelines, updates, and workflow
Preparing and updating administrative documents
Supporting customers with a calm, empathetic and solution‑focused approach
Working alongside an experienced, supportive team
Receiving on‑the‑job training specific to the solar industry

Previous customer service or administrative experience
