What You’ll Work On
Lead and manage a team , overseeing workloads, resources and overall performance.
Oversee operational activities , ensuring processes are managed effectively and in line with relevant requirements.
Monitor financial and administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide practical guidance and support to professionals navigating operational challenges.
Prepare reports, advice and recommendations for senior management.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance and support where required.

Skills & Experience
At least 15 years PQE
Lead and supervise a team of professionals
Conduct and oversee external interventions
Supervise trust accounts,



ensuring compliance with regulatory and trust accounting requirements.
Provide guidance and practical support to practitioners experiencing difficulties
Prepare regulatory reports, legal advice and recommendations for senior management.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships and provide education on regulatory obligations.
Identify opportunities to improve team processes, efficiencies and overall service delivery.
