You’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients while providing essential administrative support to our doctors and clinical team.

What you’ll be doing
Welcoming and supporting patients
Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing
Processing referrals and patient information
Providing accurate and efficient administration
Supporting doctors and the wider clinic team
Ensuring our patients receive a friendly,



professional experience from the moment they arrive

What you’ll bring

Has a genuine passion for patient care
Is friendly, qualified and confident
Has excellent communication and attention to detail
Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
Is comfortable using technology and learning current systems
