Adding to the litigation team, you will lead from the front, allocating work and setting high standards for others to follow. Your matter load will be across all courts. You will advise on contractual, shareholder and partnership disputes, guarantees, construction claims and property disputes. Additionally, you will act on debt recovery security enforcement, insolvency related claims and statutory demands.

You will bring 5 years + PAE, proven experience in commercial litigation running full carriage of your matters with minimal Partner involvement. A natural communicator,



you will possess a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders owning the client relationship and reporting on risk, cost and prospects
