What We're Looking For
Experience within insurance broking, underwriting or the wider general insurance industry
Proven leadership, business development and strategic management experience for senior appointments
Solid knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
Experience managing client portfolios, developing business opportunities or leading high-performing teams
Tier 1 or Tier 2 Insurance qualifications (or willingness to obtain)




Entry-level general insurance or customer service experience for junior broking opportunities
A client-first mindset and a proactive approach to service and business growth
