We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial customers while identifying prospects to expand market share and strengthen customer partnerships. This role focuses on delivering value-driven solutions, maintaining key stakeholder relationships, and supporting long-term business growth.

Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing key accounts
Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling initiatives
Conduct regular customer reviews to understand business requirements
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project and order execution
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations
Monitor customer performance and implement account development strategies
Manage customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues
Maintain customer records, pipeline activity,



and reporting within CRM systems

About you
Experience in customer account management, business development, or industrial sales
Solid stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
Commercially minded with a focus on customer retention and growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple customer projects and priorities
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, mining, or industrial sectors is advantageous
