North Queensland X-ray Services Townsville – Sonographer Position

North Queensland X-ray Services is a Private Diagnostic Imaging provider in Townsville,offering a comprehensive range of services including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, General X-ray, Echocardiography and Interventional Procedures.

We are currently looking for competent and motivated Sonographers to join our young and agile team.

The role:

Operating hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm & Saturday 8am-1pm.

Key position focus:
A commitment to excellent patient care and customer service;
A high level of experience in General Ultrasound, MSK & Obstetrics;
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with referrersand colleagues.

To be considered for the role, you must have:




Accreditation withASAR;
Experience in general, MSK & Obstetrics essential;
Ability to work well in a team environment;
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Robust technical and computer skills.
Accurate and sharp attention to detail.
Positive attitude and the ability to show initiative.
Ability to deliver quality work and remain calm under pressure.
