Best Friend Pet Centre/K9 and Co' is seeking enthusiastic and animal-loving individuals to join our team as Summer/Christmas Casuals. This is a casual role, perfect for students or those seeking flexible work during the festive season. You will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care and service to our furry customers and their owners.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with the daily care and handling of pets, including feeding, grooming, and exercising
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to pet owners
Resetting and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
Supporting the full-time team as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business
What we're looking for
A passion for animals and a genuine interest in the pet care industry
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt to a rapid-paced, dynamic environment
Availability to work during the busy summer and Christmas periods. Best Friend Pet Centre is open 365 days a year, so availability on public holidays is essential.
