About the Role
Reporting to the P&C; Manager, you will take responsibility for a broad range of day to day HR activities across the business. Key responsibilities include:
Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances and workplace investigations
Supporting managers through probation reviews, performance management, underperformance and difficult conversations
Preparing and managing employment contracts, variations and HR documentation




Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
Providing accurate, practical advice on employment legislation and policy

About You
You are an experienced HR Advisor or P&C; Generalist who is confident working independently and managing competing priorities in a rapid paced workplace. You will bring:
A solid understanding of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
The confidence to coach and influence managers at all levels
Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach
Experience with Employment Hero (advantageous)

Above all, you are ambitious and keen to develop your career towards a more senior P&C; role.
