We are seeking a highly organised, customer-focused and proactive Uniform Shop Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of the College Uniform Shop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families, students and staff, has strong administration and retail skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
About The Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, the Uniform Shop Coordinator is responsible for the productive operation of the College Uniform Shop, ensuring families have access to the correct College uniform while maintaining a welcoming and skilled service experience. The role includes stock management, supplier liaison, online store administration, budgeting support and supervision of Uniform Shop staff.
