Panthers Group in Australia is seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor for a part time role, 23–30 hours per week, with regular travel to Penrith (NSW 2750) every 6–8 weeks. You will partner with site leaders to deliver practical HR advice, handle recruitment, employee relations, and team development, ensuring a positive employee experience.

You’ll contribute to local decisions, support enterprise initiatives, and maintain records while supporting WHS and staff functions across the group.
