Mandatory Skills & Experience
12+ years of overall experience in IT program and project management.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise Transition & Transformation programs.
Robust experience across Infrastructure and Application Services transformation.
Proven exposure to cloud transformation, application modernisation and ITSM initiatives.
Experience managing complex programs involving multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
Robust executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated expertise in program governance, financial management, budgeting and commercial oversight.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
PMP Certification is mandatory.
