NSW Rural Fire Service is seeking a Learning Development Coordinator (Northern) to lead training across regional NSW. The role supports volunteers, coordinates learning across Area Commands and Districts, and helps build workforce capability.

This full time, 35-hour week position offers an attractive salary of $118,562 to $131,233 per year plus 12% superannuation, with adaptable work arrangements and locations in Cameron Park, Coffs Harbour, Tamworth and Cowra.
