About The Role;
Local Manningham Agency & Portfolio
Managing approx. 160 properties
Dedicated leasing & administration support
Limited Saturdays with time in lieu (1 in 6)
Versatile working hours on offer
Work from home (one day per week)
Systems include PropertyMe & 360 Cameras

Salary paying up to $90PKG (dep on experience)

About You;
Ideally 2+ years experience managing your own residential portfolio
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Team oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Cert IV in Real Estate
Reliable car & drivers licence
