Sid Fogg's Coaches is a well-established, family-owned transport and tourism business operating since 1956.

We are seeking a practical, commercially focused General Manager to lead our coach business, with a strong emphasis on profitable growth, cost control and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands that business success comes from growing revenue, managing costs, and getting the best out of people and resources.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities, customer relationships and effective pricing.
Take ownership of budgets, profitability and P&L; performance.
Identify and implement cost savings without compromising safety, quality or customer service.
Improve fleet utilisation, operational efficiency and productivity.
Lead,



manage and hold staff accountable for performance.
Monitor financial and operational results and take corrective action where required.
Develop a culture of accountability, efficiency and continuous improvement.

About You
Experience in general management or a similar leadership role.
Positive commercial understanding, including budgets and cost control.
Strong people management and organisational skills.
Willingness to be hands-on and take ownership of results.
Experience in transport, tourism or a service-based business would be advantageous.
