Our client is an active private investment business with a portfolio of owned and managed A-grade office assets. Well regarded for its diversified investment strategies across various funds, the business takes a hands-on approach to delivering long term outcomes.

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join a high-performing team. You will work in a dynamic, rapid-paced workplace, delivering comprehensive, customer-centric management across the portfolio. This is an excellent prospect to move into a client-side role managing a well located, quality portfolio, with a strong focus on tenant relationships and direct involvement in long term decision making.

Duties will include:
Strategic asset planning




Tenant liaison and relationship management
Financial management and reporting
Facilities management including oversight of external facilities managers on select properties
Lease negotiations and administration
Risk management

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have at least five years' experience in commercial property management, supported by sound financial acumen and well-developed stakeholder management skills. You will be commercially minded, quick-thinking and confident dealing with a broad range of people at all levels. Solid computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly are essential. Experience with Yardi and a tertiary qualification, ideally in property or finance, would be highly advantageous.
