Full time Permanent Role | Day Shift (Approx. 8:30am-5:00pm TBC)
Monday to Friday

– The Opportunity As a Maintenance Fitter, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently. Working closely with operations and fellow tradespeople, you’ll be involved in both preventative and breakdown maintenance across a large-scale manufacturing facility.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preventative maintenance and servicing of production equipment




Fault finding and troubleshooting on machinery and robotic systems
Repairing and replacing mechanical components
Equipment installations and project work
Reactive breakdown maintenance
Continuous improvement activities
Supporting apprentices and sharing technical knowledge
Maintaining workshop and site safety standards

What We’re Looking For To be successful, you’ll ideally have:
Trade qualification as a Fitter, Fitter & Turner, or Fitter/Machinist
Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food, packaging, meat processing, or industrial environments
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Current driver’s licence
Full Australian Work Rights
Forklift licence (advantageous)
