Bupa is seeking a Senior Program and Change Manager for a 6‑month FTC within the ADF Health Services team, Melbourne. You will oversee a complex portfolio, drive integrated program delivery and ensure operational readiness, governance and stakeholder alignment to achieve strategic outcomes.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and risks, and report to senior executives. Australian citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance eligibility are required.
