Are you a dedicated professional chef who takes pride in creating delicious, nutritious, and comforting meals tailored to the unique dietary needs of older adults? We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Chef to join our team in delivering high-quality culinary service in a high-volume workplace.

Roster

Monday & Tuesday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

What You Will Do
Ensuring high quality meals are ready for the community
Manage the kitchen production with total efficiency and speed
Maintain elite food safety and hygiene standards
Provide warm and skilled service to residents and staff
Assist with prep to set the kitchen up for the week ahead

Desired Skills And Experience The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desired)
Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management
Strong communication skills
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
