Houlihan Lokey is offering an internship in Corporate Finance in Australia. The role provides exposure to M&A; advisory with a focus on sell-side and sponsor transactions, alongside bankers. You will assist in preparing client materials and conducting market and company analyses.

The program targets final-year students with solid academics and an interest in valuation, and requires 3 days per week availability. An internship in investment banking is desirable.
