Telstra Health is seeking First Response Counsellors to join the 1800RESPECT service. These part time or full time roles involve trauma-informed support via phone, video, web chat and SMS in a busy contact centre.

You will conduct risk assessments, provide counselling, information and referrals, and connect people to safety through multiple channels. A relevant bachelor’s qualification and current qualified registration are required, with onboarding prior to start.
