Smile Partners is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own Google Ads and Meta campaigns for a growing orthodontic network. You’ll manage a portfolio of practice brands, work with agency partners, and contribute to network-level strategy to optimize patient bookings.

You will report to the Head of Patient Growth, with hybrid work options and direct accountability for campaign performance and conversions. This is a growth role across 20+ brands and 45+ locations.
