You will inspect, investigate and enforce compliance with the City Plan 2016, ensuring development adheres to approvals and statutory requirements.

You will perform inspections, respond to breaches, research records and prepare decisive reports. A planning degree and solid communication skills are essential, with versatile hybrid work options
