This role is ideal for someone with previous phone sales experience who wants to earn robust commission and work in a supportive sales team. You will be speaking with homeowners across Australia about premium insulation and energy efficiency products designed to improve comfort and reduce energy costs.

What You'll Be Doing:
Speaking with homeowners across Australia who have enquired about a product and/or service
Consulting with customers to understand their needs
Presenting tailored home improvement solutions
Managing warm leads and follow-ups
Working towards individual sales targets

Salary:



70,000 base salary + super + uncapped commission

About You:
Minimum 12 months phone-based B2C sales experience
Confident communicator with solid closing ability
Motivated by commission and performance
Professional phone manner
