Kids Under Cover in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Head of Assets & Development for a six-month maternity leave cover at 0.8 FTE. You will lead the Assets & Development team, manage the housing asset portfolio and drive asset planning, maintenance, and capital development.

You will report to the CEO and work with the Senior Management Team to align asset management with organisational goals and stakeholder expectations, delivering high-impact housing solutions for young people.
