We run a mentorship for online fitness coaches. About 200 recent enquiries come in every week, plus a database of thousands of older ones nobody has properly called. We need someone on the phone turning them into booked calls.
This is a dialling job. You will be on the phone most of the day. If that is not for you, skip this one.
THE DAY
You work out of Close CRM. Current enquiries first, then your follow-up list. You ring them, work out if they are a fit, book the valuable ones onto a closer's calendar, and write up what you learned. Then you go again.
YOUR NUMBERS
3 to 5 booked calls a day
80 to 100 dials a day
8 to 12 real conversations a day
