Dovetail in Sydney is seeking an IT and Cloud Support Tech to join our engineering team. This full‑time, in‑person role (4 days/week at our Surry Hills HQ) blends traditional IT support with hands‑on cloud infrastructure, offering a transparent path to grow beyond a helpdesk.

You’ll own internal IT operations, from onboarding staff to MDM management, and support platform engineers with AWS tasks, IAM, and deployment troubleshooting.
