Sharp and Carter in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the early shift at a busy seafood packing facility. You will supervise around 12 people across manual packing tables and the value-add room, ensuring HACCP and product specs are met.

The role is rapid-paced, requiring proactive planning and the ability to stay ahead of the plan. You’ll work 4:00am–midday, with opportunities for progression toward Production Manager and a market-market-competitive salary package.
