HammondCare invites an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead hands-on delivery of complex digital and business transformation initiatives in a regulated care workplace. You will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from discovery through implementation, coordinating business and technology teams, managing external partners and dependencies, and ensuring practical outcomes.

This is a 12- and 24-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work at St Leonards.
